Sassy
Sassy was adopted in October, 2010. We estimated she was 2 years old at that time. She lived until July 12, 2011. Too short of a time, for a very happy and playful kitty. She loved her toys, and would play for hours with a plastic wand that had leather fringes at the end. I would hold and flex the wand and she would paw the fringes. Her record was 2 & 1/2 hours at one time. Thank you for your kindness. Larry

Selena
Selena was a wonderful and beautiful Flame Point Siamese. She was perfect. I miss her purring in my lap and me petting her all the time. She slept in my bed, under the covers or on the pillow next to my head every night. I was never lonely with Selena. Saying goodbye was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do. I adopted her in 2010 when she was about six-years-old. She had a rough life until Nan and MISR found her. Selena needed love and companionship, just like I did so we were perfect together. She had, and always will have a special place in my heart. Selena passed away on October 30, 2014.

Simba
"Wishes" (for Simba) We wish we could have told you, in words you'd understand, We wanted you to stay with us. This wasn't what we'd planned. We wish somehow to tell you, How empty we now feel. A part of us went with you, A part that time can't heal. We wish we'd once more hear you, in your softly, rumbling purr, to hold you on our laps again and stroke your soft fur. We wish we had you back again, to fill this empty space. But one day we'll be together in a far, far better place. To Simba with love, Mom, Dad, Furby & Minney

Smudge
Our dear Smudge passed away 7-13-13 after a valiant, but unsuccessful battle with acute pancreatitis. As a young kitten, Smudge was surrendered to a kill shelter, where he was placed in quarantine with almost no chance of adoption. Luckily, a Siamese Rescue volunteer spotted him and whisked him to safety. He was so full of charm and personality that his foster mom, Michelle, adopted him permanently into her pack. Many years later, Smudge had eyelid surgery, and because he needed to wear an Elizabethan collar, his furry family members shunned and taunted him so we “temporarily” brought him to our home. We had recently lost our two old timer feline family members and Smudge was the king of the house. Smudge decided he liked our home and he adopted us. Smudge was a great philosopher and intuitive healer. He sent love and healing energy to people through his presence and his very powerful purr. Smudge helped all people feel better with his beauty and his calm. He is greatly missed and will forever remain in our hearts and spirits. He is survived by his orange step brothers, Ivan the Terrible and Phantom, and his moms, Lynn, Laura and Michelle.

Sophie
About 9 years ago I adopted "Sophie" from you. At the time she was about 4 years old. I am sad to say that after a one year battle with cancer and several thousands spent in chemo and treatment...we lost our battle. I would call to tell you this..but I am still having issues talking about it and "Keeping it together" (if you know what I mean). Regardless, in the next few months we will be looking to move forward and adopt another. Thanks for all you do. Chris
