Hello, I'm Timber. My foster parent thinks I should be called "Lover Boy." I always want to be near her, preferably chasing a toy she's dangling for me. Even when I'm wrestling with my friend, Snowball, I stop and come running if she calls me-that usually means she has something good for me to eat! I do have a voracious appetite for anything that seems edible. I'm pretty laid back for a growing (neutered) boy, but I do like to have a good rough-house or sprint once in awhile. I try very hard not to have my claws out with my "Mom," though! And I like to lick her, not bite. I'm not very shy-I love exploring new people and places. Mom is teaching me that the kitchen counters and dining room table are NOT places I'm allowed to explore (shhh…except when she's left the house…). I'm learning those things very fast. I had good manners when I came to her house, and my "Uncle Sam," her year-old altered male cat, puts me in my place if I get out of line. But mostly he plays with us. My foster parent hasn't let me talk to any human children or dogs yet, so I don't know how I'd like them-I'm anxious to try!
