Hello, I’m Snowball. I’m becoming a beautiful Flame Point Siamese. I’m quite self-confident and independent-- an open cupboard or closet door is my invitation to explore. My foster “Mom” is teaching me that the kitchen counters and dining room table are NOT places I’m allowed to explore (shhh…except when she’s left the house…). I’m learning to talk, too, in good Siamese language, especially when I want to be petted. I learn new things very fast—Mom tells me I’m very smart. I love to have a good rough-house or sprint once in awhile with my “Uncle Sam,” a year-old part-Siamese. Per Mom’s instructions, Sam is helping me improve my cat manners, which were already pretty good.
Play times are best when they’re real close to where Mom is sitting, and sometimes the most fun is being in her lap. I try very hard not to have my claws out with Mom, though! My purr-motor gets really loud when I’m with her. My foster parent hasn’t let me talk to any human children or dogs yet, so I don’t know how I’d like them—I’m anxious to try! Mom tells me I’ll be “neutered” in another month or so. I don’t know whether I’ll like that so much....
