Hello! I'm Titania—Queen of the Fairies! I'm a regal torty-point Siamese with a hint of the sprightliness that gave me my name. Right now my entourage consists of my daughter Ariel (another torty-point—she has her own story on this web site), my lynx-point sister Lady Anne (also available for adoption), and Annie's son Buddy (available, but not Siamese). My king, who is quite earthy, is my foster mom's forever cat, Sam.
Our group had a rocky start in life: we all had to fend for ourselves in urban Lansing. A good samaritan trapped us one by one, and our foster mom started helping us adapt to life indoors and begin trusting humans. We've all come a long way!
Now I rub on Mom's legs to suggest it's dinner time, run to our room when she calls us, and purr when she strokes me on the way to eating dinner and while I'm eating. I go into our crate to eat, and I don't even mind when she closes the door—I know she usually opens it when I'm finished. I get more trusting every day, staying on my bird-watching perch while she passes quite close. I like to curl up on her bed on a soft blanket—near her (and Sam), but not touching.
I'd love a forever home with other cats. I do panic when I see or hear dogs, though. And I'm scared of sudden movements, but a very patient, gentle youngster (or adult) who feeds me will have my adoration in a few weeks.
Please call Michigan Siamese Rescue to visit me and my friends. Perhaps our fairy magic will touch your heart and you'll let one of us bless your home forever.
