Introducing Sascha.......
He wants his human servants to follow him everywhere, like a parade.  He will watch in the hall mirror to make sure that he is not alone. He is something of a guard cat, going from window to window to watch any critter that is passing by outside.  He doesn't hiss, he just watches.  He also loves to play with a long fleece strip on a handle, but doesn't chase it, just wants to catch it and carry it off.  He will chase a soft ball, then pick it up and carry it or lie down on the floor and want to roll the ball to you and have it rolled back.  He doesn't like being picked up and carried or want attention when he isn't ready for it.  When he wants attention, he will roll over on his back to get his ears and tummy and armpits scratched and especially under his chin - and then he purrs.  And he loves being talked to in a low quiet voice.  Having his claws clipped or being brushed is still something of a challenge since he is also strong willed and only wants attention when he wants it.  He talks a bit, but he twitters and chirps.  When he is happy, he  will strut with his tail high and curled.  He bounds a little like a rabbit when he is running.  He likes to be up higher, like a counter so that he can first smell your forehead and then get gentle kisses on his forehead.  He doesn't sleep on the bed with me, but wants to be either near or under a flannel sheet covering a chair.  He likes to have me near when he eats, and his tail swishes back and forth like a metronome.  He likes to be hand fed his treats or a pill pocket.  He has excellent litter box habits.  He also will not allow anything around his neck. Sasha doesn't mind being alone in a room even if he knows you are home, although he will cry when he wants company.   He also loves to lie down and watch the birds and chipmunks on the patio.
