SHEBA HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING, July 4, 2021.
Sheba is a beautiful Siamese mix with blue eyes (slightly crossed), a “wedge” head, lithe body, and pale coat with soft, water-colored shades of tan and grey. She was brought in as a stray to a shelter in Texas. Unfortunately, Sheba can’t tell us how she ended up on the streets. The shelter checked her health and had her spayed. They think she is about one-year-old.
Sheba is a sociable girl and adores being petted and scratched, but she is also content to lie next to you while you read or work on your computer.
Sheba will carry on a conversation, but doesn’t talk incessantly (except when confined to a carrier in the car). Sheba is self-confident and likes to meet new people and explore new places, but she frequently checks to make sure she knows where to find her people. Sheba wants to be near you. She is a great companion cat, and you would love having Sheba in your home!
Siamese cats usually have a strong bond with their humans. So, Sheba needs a home where her people are not gone for long periods of time. She would also be most comfortable in a home with another young cat. MISR can offer help explaining how to integrate new cats. It is not just a matter of plopping the cat into a new home.
All MISR cats are spayed/neutered, current on rabies and distemper, FIV/FELV tested and all known health issues have been addressed. Sheba is located in a foster home in Okemos MI and her adoption fee is $200.
