OPIE HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING, 10/13/19
09/20/19 "Poppy" was originally mistakenly listed as a female, however, he is a male. His new name is "Opie."
Opie is a cute, little, Siamese Flame Point boy and is about four months old. He has a very nice personality and gets along with everyone at the vet’s office. Opie was brought into the vet’s office as a stray.
Opie loves catnip, cat trees, windows, and snuggling in bed. He is okay with having his belly rubbed but not for too long. He enjoys being held in calm circumstances and will purr. Opie is good with car rides, will go in a carrier or crate without hesitation. He enjoys playing with wand toys where his human swings the toy and he chases it. He definitely has a unique and loving personality. Opie is a quiet boy, not much of a Siamese “talker” but he does purr a lot.
Opie is good at entertaining himself, but enjoys being with people. He would be a good match for a home with adults who have older, responsible kids, maybe retirees who will give him lots of attention, or a working couple. He is good with his foster mom’s normal work schedule.
All MISR cats are FIV/FELV tested, spayed or neutered, current on rabies and distemper and all known health issues have been addressed. The adoption fee for Opie is $150 and he is located in a foster home in Toledo OH.
