Tommy is a handsome, loving, shy, neutered, front-paw declawed, male, Seal Point Siamese. He was born on September 15, 2014 making him a little over four years of age. Tommy has been the beloved pet of nice lady since he was a kitten. Sadly, his owner has gone to an assisted living facility and can no longer care for Tommy.
Through no fault of his own, or the relatives caring for him, he has been left alone in the house for a time. Of course, he gets visits but it is a big change from having someone around all the time. Tommy is both sad and scared. He misses being someone’s companion.
Tommy has not been around other animals so, we are unable to say he would be comfortable around other cats or dogs. He runs and hides whenever anyone visits so his new family will have to have patience. Tommy will need time to adjust to a new environment. Tommy has never been around small children and he runs away from teens, too. He cannot go to a home with children.
Tommy does not like to be picked up but he will jump on your lap to sleep and cuddle. He likes that attention but only when he chooses. He also loves treats!
