Hi, my name is ‘Ollie” and I was born on July 15,2014. My fourth birthday is coming up soon and all I want for my birthday is a forever home. I am a neutered, very adorable, male, Lynx Point Siamese and weigh roughly 16 pounds but that is not a bad thing; it’s just more to love!
I had an extremely rough start in life. I was left in a box on a church door step when I was about three months old! Who would leave a kitten there like trash? To make it worse, I had open wounds on my chest and behind my front leg that were very painful. I was brought to a vet who cleaned me up and helped save my life. From there I went to a foster home where kind people really helped me by keeping me warm, fed and happy.
Unfortunately, I’m not fitting in very well with this family. It is very noisy so I hide a lot and I’m not very happy. I would love to be with a calm and quiet person, or couple, or maybe a family with older (not noisy) kids.
I need to be with people who have more time to play with me and keep me busy. I am very food motivated and will eat any food left out within my reach. Also, I play really rough so I would like to go to a home that has no cats. Or, be with someone who has knowledge and experience with a somewhat rowdy cat. I think I can be taught to not be so rough with some guidance, patience, and maybe a reward like a small amount of FOOD! All MISR cats are neutered/spayed, FIV/FELV tested current on rabies and distemper and all known health issues have been addressed. The adoption fee for Ollie is $150 and he is located in a foster home in West Olive MI which is about 30 minutes west of Grand Rapids.
