I was left all alone in an abandoned house with no food or water. Just when I thought it was hopeless, a kind lady came and saved me.  She brought me to MISR and they put me in a very nice foster home.  I was named “Faith” to remind me that I just needed to have a little faith and someone would save me.

I have been in my foster home since the middle of June 2017.  The vet thinks I am about two-years-old.  I am a very pretty Siamese, Seal Point Snowshoe and I am four-paw declawed, and spayed. 

At first, noises and hand movements really scared me.  I was even scared of toys! But my foster mom has been really, really patient with me and I have learned to trust her and my foster dad.  I know that nothing bad will happen to me when she moves her hand to pet me.  I can play with toys and not be scared.

I need a forever home that is quiet with maybe one or two people (ADULTS ONLY). Children and teens are too active for me.  I am still fearful after my experience in the abandoned house. I was attacked by some animal and have a scar in the middle of my nose.  So, there can’t be any dogs or other cats.

My forever home should have people who understand that I need a lot of time to adjust to a new environment and learn to trust them.  I have a lot of love to give to the right person (or people).  I really enjoy being around my foster mom and dad.  I like it when foster mom picks me up and pets me.  Right now I am not a lap kitty, but someday, with your love and patience, I might be. 

Can you find it in your heart to give a home to a little girl that asks so little of you and will give you so much love and affection?  Please think about adopting me.

All MISR cats are spayed/neutered, current on rabies and distemper, FIV/FELV negative and all known health issues have been addressed.  The adoption fee for Faith is $150.  She is located in a foster home in Pinckney MI.
