ADOPTION PENDING 3/13/17 

SHEBA AND KIMBA WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION FOR THREE WEEKS.

Hello, we are two sad Siamese.  Both of our owners died within the past two years.  No one in the family can take us because they have too many rescue animals of their own.

We’ve been living alone with only a visit a day for a while and just moved to a foster home with a nice foster dad and other foster kitties.  He said we are very upset and he is right! 

Please note:  Kimba and Sheba must be adopted together and cannot go to a home with other pets or children.

My name is Sheba and I am female born in October 2010 so I am almost 6 ½ years old. I am spayed and declawed. I am a super sweet, lap cat and like to converse in a very quiet voice.

I enjoy playing fetch but don’t care to bring the item all the way back. I am friendly and inquisitive and like to see how high I can climb. I have been a little nervous since my owners died.

Kimba is the larger cat and he is male, neutered, declawed, about seven years old, and a “typical” Siamese.  His owners thought he was beautiful and regal and independent. He is a little temperamental and may hiss and swat at you if he does not like what you are doing. He likes being petted but only on his terms and may swat at you if you try to move him off your lap when he is not ready. 

Lastly, he is vocal and hates to be on the other side of a closed door. He will cry until the door is open. He sometimes likes to play fetch but he usually prefers to just watch Sheba fetch.

Our owner’s daughter said we are a couple of heartsick babies. We need a home together with very kind and understanding people who are willing to help us get some joy back in our lives.  It will take some time for us to recover from our loss.

All MISR cats are FIV/FELV tested, up to date on rabies and distemper, spade/neutered, and all known health issues have been addressed.  The adoption fee is $125 for Kimba and $125 for Sheba.  They are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. The fee for both is $250.
