Hello, my name is “Sweetie Pie” and my foster mom says the name suits me.  I am about 8 months old, a Siamese Snowshoe mix, neutered, male.  I am very playful and affectionate.

Foster mom had a hard time sleeping my first night here because I kept purring and snuggling around her head.  She threatened to move me to my own room and I quieted down.

I behaved myself during the 1-½ hour car ride to my foster home and only made a little squawking noise once or twice. I did not yowl. I have excellent litter box habits.  I also ate my food and drank water like a good boy.

I LOVE to play!  I love jumping in the air after the “mouse on a wand” toy.  I also like to bat around Ping Pong balls and stuffed mice.  I sort of like the laser toy but don’t go crazy over it like some other cats.  I have been following foster mom all over the house.  I like to stay near my humans.

Foster mom thinks I am a brave, outgoing kitten and she guesses that I would get along with other cats.  She is not sure about older children or dogs. But, I cannot be with young children because I am still in the "play biting" kitten stage.

She also said that I need to be in a home with younger cats/kittens so I have a playmate, or there should be a human home much of the time. Because I am so active and need attention, it should be either kitty playmate or human.

I know it is hard to believe but someone turned me into the animal shelter!  I have no idea why since I have no bad habits.  I don’t even climb on the kitchen counter. Update (06/04/15) Sweetie Pie now jumps on the kitchen counter.  Foster mom is trying to break him of this habit.  So far, he is refusing to acknowledge the error of his ways. Will continue to reason with him.

Please restore my faith in humanity and give me a forever home.  I would like to be your “Sweetie Pie.”

All MISR cats are FIV/FELV tested, current on rabies and distemper and all known health issues have been addressed.  The adoption fee for Sweetie Pie is $150.
