Hello, my name is "May-Lee" and I am a pretty, spayed female, four-paw declawed, Blue Point/Snow Shoe Siamese mix. The vet thinks I am between three and five-years-old. However, my foster mom says I am very active and playful and seem to be younger than that.
Like many four-paw declawed cats, I am a little timid. I've been with MISR since March 7 so I am still adjusting to my new environment. I have a gentle personality and have no problem with being picked up and held. Foster mom describes me as "sweet."
I am beginning to get curious about the other kitties in the household that come to the screen door of my room and touch noses with me. Foster mom has never heard a growl or hiss from me. I had to have 4 teeth removed and have recovered very nicely. I can eat dried and canned food but I seem to prefer dry food.
Not too much is known about my background. A lady brought me in and said I was a stray. However, the vet said it did not look like I had been “on the streets” for very long. Being four-paw declawed, I had no way to defend myself!
Foster mom said I am a loving, playful, affectionate cat. I love to sneak under the covers and sleep next to her.
Please help keep me off the streets take me home with you. I will give you years of love and affection.
All MISR cats are FIV/FELV tested, spayed/neutered, up-to-date on rabies and distemper and all known health issues have been addressed. The adoption fee for May Lee is $150.
