MIA HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING (10/31/14).
Hello, my name is “Mia” and I am an eight-year-old Siamese Seal Point.  I am spayed, front-paw de-clawed, and FIV/FELV negative. I have a rather mellow personality.

I’m sure you know that many of us have sad stories and I am no different.  My owner is in serious financial straits and she has been forced to give up both my non-biological sister, “Huckleberry” and me. She was very distressed that she had to give us up, but she had no choice.

Huckleberry went to another rescue and I miss her very much.  My foster mom said I am friendly but I also seem  a tiny bit nervous since I keep  pacing and rubbing against her.  I just can’t stop myself.  Foster mom thinks it may be because I miss Huckleberry. Maybe I just like marking my people.

Anyway, foster mom also says I am very, very pretty and my face and paws are so dark, they look black.  It helps to show off my very blue eyes. She also said I look like a stuffed animal.  Not sure that is a compliment.

I hope I don’t have to wait too long for my forever home.  I also wish that someone would adopt both Huckleberry and me.  We were adopted together as kittens and have been together for 8 years.  I hope my new owners are reading this right now and you will complete an application with my name on it..
