My name is Miko and I am a two-year-old Blue Point Boy who was found living outside. I had a rough start until I came to this wonderful foster home. I was afraid of humans, however, now I really like them. I am a little shy but my foster mom has taught me to trust humans. I come downstairs to visit whenever we have company. Sometimes, I get scared by noises and quick movements. I love to be petted and have my tummy rubbed. For some reason, I am most relaxed when I'm on my foster mom's bed. That is where I really welcome attention. I guess I feel very safe there. I'm not a lap sitting cat yet...I have been practicing though, by putting my paws on my foster mom's lap for a few seconds. I also love to play with one of those birds on a string/stick toys. And, I will fetch my ratty old stuffed red mouse over and over when my foster mom throws it down the stairs. I like it here, but I am really looking for a forever life with a person who will understand me and give me plenty of time to settle in.
