Well, it's been tough. I was found in a tree during below zero weather and pulled down by the animal control people. They kept me for a week before I was rescued by the great people at the Michigan Siamese Rescue. I'm an older girl, probably just over 10 years old. I was in bad shape... fleas were all over my gorgeous seal snowshoe coat, gook was pouring out of my ears, nose and eyes, and I was so dehydrated that my skin was pulled tight across my too-thin frame. I am about six pounds; ideally I should weigh closer to ten pounds, so I look pretty bony. Several of my molars are about to fall out and other teeth are covered with tarter. The people at MISR are doing everything to make me better. I don't exactly like the medicines, but I know I like feeling better!

Despite all of this, my great personality won the hearts of all who met me. I have a classic meezer voice, loud and demanding yet soft and sweet at the same time, and I will use it to solicite attention from anyone nearby. I love being held close and just spending time with people. My kitten days are over; I don't need to be constantly entertained. I recognize how wonderful a family is to have and want to just be with them. A nice window to look out of and watch the birds and squirrels, maybe even another cat to whom I can teach the ways of life, these are what I would like to have.

If I think you are not lavishing me with enough love, I will ever so tenderly place a dainty paw on your hand or chest and look deeply into your eyes. My hypnotic gaze will render you helpless and you will have no choice but to pet me and love me forever more. Please look deep into my eyes, listen to the rhythm of my purr, pet me, love me, adopt me.
