ADOPTION PENDING, OCTOBER 8.
Meshe (Meeshee) and Brandi are sisters born on July 25, 2013. They were adopted for a teenager in a foster home so she would have company and have something that belonged only to her. Things just didn’t work out and the cats were surrendered to MISR. Brandi and Meshe don’t understand what happened and why they have been moved to another home.
There were other children in the foster home along with other cats and dogs. It may have been a very hectic environment for these two and we don’t know how it impacted their developing personalities.
They are both frightened and spend most of their time hiding in their new foster home. We believe that once they understand that they are safe, Brandi and Meshe will begin to trust humans.
Meshe is a Siamese Seal Point and Brandi is a Siamese Chocolate Point and they are both three-years-old. They are spayed and front-paw declawed. Brandi is a little more outgoing than Meshe.
We can’t tell you much more about their personalities since they have only been in their foster home for a week or so. They have been together all their lives and must be adopted together. We think they will need a quiet home without small children. Because they are so timid, we can’t say if they can tolerate dogs or other cats.
Once they get more comfortable in their foster home, we’ll have a better idea of their personalities and, hopefully, will be able to take better photos.
MISR cats/kittens are FIV/FELV negative, spayed/neutered, up-to-date on rabies and distemper, and all known health issues have been addressed. The adoption fee for Brandi and Meshe is $300 total for both of them. They are located in a foster home in Novi.
