Tio is a Lynx Point Siamese, neutered male. We don’t have a confirmed birth date but it is estimated that he was born in March 2016. So, he is about 9 months old.
Note: Initially, we thought Tio and Rio had to be adopted together but they have shown their independence and can be adopted separately.
In late August 2016, he and his friend, Rio, were caught by a group that does “Trap, Neuter, and Release.” Tio and Rio were NOT FERAL but they were neutered and had an ear clipped to identify them as both feral and neutered. Rio and Tio are pragmatic about being neutered but they are livid about having their ears clipped!
Rio & Tio appear to be reasonably comfortable with humans and are fairly calm considering what they have been through.
Tio would probably get along with other cats but we don’t know if they can tolerate either dogs or children. We’ll have to wait and see how they adjust to their new foster home.
All MISR cats are FIV/FELV tested, up-to-date on rabies and distemper and all known health issues have been addressed. The adoption fee for Tio is $150.00.
