Just a word of thanks to Nan, Elaine, and Rick for having created such a warm foster home for our new family members, Claire and Remy (formerly Morticia and Gomez). They are well-adjusted and happy cats, and delight in each other's company. If you are wavering between adopting one cat or two -- adopt two!

We adopted Erie about 6 years ago and he has been an amazing companion. We then got a flame point named Jasper about 4 years ago and the;y became fast friends especially since we lost our woofer Popsicle 2 years ago. I have had 8 brain surgerys and 3 spinal chord surgerys in the past 4 years and I couldn't imagine going through all of that without my boys. And suddenly 5 months ago I got a call about an 8 year old lilac wedgie who needed a home or he was going to the bridge. So we now have Mosly and my 3 very different 8 year old Meezers are a gods send. And it all started with MISR...thank you nan and the rest of the team that works tirelessly for these amazing creatures

I adopted sweet Valentino from MISR and he was pure sunshine! He passed away suddenly due to kidney failure and I miss him so much.

We've had our sweet girl Chelsea (Balinese Snowshoe) for almost two years now and we LOVE her! She and our rescued Weim are best buddies and we have Nan to thank. She is a daily blessing.
