Hello, my name is “Frankie” and I am a neutered, male, Seal Point Siamese Snowshoe, born in February 2011. I am a big but gentle boy.

I was adopted from a shelter in 2011 by a couple who fell in love with my blue eyes and named me “Frankie” for Frank Sinatra (Old Blue Eyes).

Now, they have a baby and that means less time for me.  We all agreed that it would be best if I find another home where I will have more attention. I need to be around people. So here I am at MISR, waiting for someone to notice me.

I get along with other cats but I am timid in the beginning.  I ran away from Mookie when I first met her. Took me a few weeks to get used to her.  Note:  Frankie would happiest in a home where he was the only cat. If there is another cat in the house, Frankie becomes withdrawn.

I LOVE treats and enjoy mostly canned food with just a little dry food. My favorite activities are:  lounging in the sun, occasionally chasing toys on a wand and the laser dot.

Note: Frankie has to have canned food in the morning and evening with 1/8 tsp. of Miralax each feeding. This keeps his gastrointestinal system running properly.

Frankie can't be in a house with other cats that are allowed to "free feed." He will probably have to eat primarily canned food for the forseeable future with just a small amount of dry food. He also will continue to need Miralax.  

Foster mom says that his eating habits may sound complicated but they are not.  Especially if he is an only cat.
She also said he is a smart cat with a quirky personality.  He needs people who will be diligent about his food.  If they are, he will be no problem.  

Foster mom says I am a very handsome boy with a loveable, personality. She says she is sure anyone would be happy to have me as a pet.

All MISR cats are FIV/FELV negative, current on vaccinations, and all known health issues have been addressed. The adoption fee for Frankie is $150.
